the distance to the center of alicante is too far, rip off taxi fares into alicante and back when ordered by hotel reception.

The room included air conditioning which was a HUGE plus. The covered parking provided extra convenience for my car.
The tv remote was a little tricky to figure out initially.

The room was clean, which met my basic expectations.
I was frustrated by the lack of coffee-making facilities in the room (a basic travel necessity!). Getting a kettle and coffee required begging at reception, and the staff didn't seem happy to help. The TV remote was also a complete nightmare. It took a staff member (even he struggled!) to help operate it.

I appreciated the GREAT parking. It was a main reason I booked. The location allowed a quick trip to dinner and drinks, just a short walk to the center. The bed in the room was VERY comfortable!!!

the location was great for accessing the airport with a convenient bus stop right outside. the staff were polite. i liked the common spaces, especially the terraces and open roof. breakfast was good.
the hotel lacked english tv channels, a slight inconvenience given the number of english-speaking guests.

The room had comfortable beds and a decent shower close to the bus station. Breakfast included many good options at ten euros each. Late check-in was possible at the reception desk and the staff offered assistance. I found this particularly convenient.
